Who These Terms & Conditions Apply To

Account Opening Rules & User Responsibilities
To access the full features of the platform, you will need to create a personal account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each individual may only operate one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Keeping your account password and login credentials secure is entirely your own responsibility.
The account holder is fully responsible for all activities conducted through their account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. 2025 bed reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account created with false information or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Transferring or selling an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
What Is Not Allowed — List of Prohibited Conduct
Certain activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the security and integrity of the platform. No form of fraud, deception, or attempt to gain unfair advantage is permitted. Accessing the platform using software bots, scripts, or automated tools is prohibited. Harassing, intimidating, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users is completely unacceptable.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activities.
- Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems or security measures.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network.
- Abusing promotional offers or bonuses.
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, and legal action may be taken where applicable.
Terms for Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on the 2025 bed platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Designated methods and limits for deposits and withdrawals must be followed. The bank's or payment gateway's own rules may apply during transaction processing. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated timeframe after verification.
We reserve the right to request additional verification for suspicious transactions and may place a hold on transactions if necessary. Funds deposited into an account will only be returned to that account holder's own bank or payment account. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted. Records of all transactions are stored in our system and will be considered final evidence in the event of a dispute.
The Extent of Platform Liability
The 2025 bed platform provides services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee any specific outcomes. We are not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or disruptions to third-party services. If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or device issues, the responsibility lies with the user. Legal Framework & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, the user consents to said jurisdiction.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. The Bengali version of these Terms & Conditions is definitive, and in the event of any conflict with a translation in another language, the Bengali version shall prevail.
